HISTORY

Our goal is to raise awareness of the criminalization of LGBTQ folks, who are three times more likely to be incarcerated than heterosexual individuals. Discrimination and poverty disproportionately places LGBTQ people behind bars. A portion of our profits are donated to organizations that provide supportive services, education and counselling to LGBTQ youth.

TERROIR & WINEMAKING

Harvest was traditional. During cellar treatment, malolactic fermentation was partly stopped to keep the wines freshness. The assembly of different Chardonnay clones from various terroirs, vinified collectively, has made it possible to obtain greater finesse and aromatic complexities not available in other productions from the South of France.

TASTING NOTES

This wine immediately seduces with its aromatic finesse, carried by beautiful notes of vanilla and juicy white fruits, such as pear, but also a floral touch, almond and hawthorn. The palate is fullbodied, round and beautifully precise, very tasty and also very fresh.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with salads or fish.
